UNI Global Union seeks to develop and safeguard labour rights across borders and build corporate social responsibility through global agreements with multinationals. It serves over 20 million workers in more than 150 countries. It provides an international platform for unions in the services and skills sector, including IT and communications, media and entertainment, finance, commerce, business services, post and logistics, and the graphical industry. UNI is one of the primary organizations behind the Bangladesh Safety Accord for garment factory workers.
