Valentina is a Consumer Behavior and Foresight Consultant at Bain & Company’s Global Consumer Lab, with a background in Social and Consumer Psychology. Her work focuses on long-term shifts in behavior and the emergence of future Consumer Economies, helping organizations anticipate what the next decade will require from business and institutions.
She works at the intersection of behavioral insight, foresight, and human-centered innovation, translating cultural, technological, and generational shifts into strategic implications for growth. Her experience spans digital habits, evolving expectations of trust and value, drivers of technology and service adoption, and emerging consumption patterns across generations.
Before Bain, she worked in Market and Customer Intelligence across telecom and technology, leading mixed-method research and service design initiatives.
Alongside her professional work, Valentina is the outgoing Curator of the Porto Hub within the Global Shapers Community and currently serves as a core team member of Future50, a joint initiative with the Global Foresight Network advancing foresight literacy and intergenerational thinking. She was also part of the Global Shapers delegation to the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting of the New Champions 2025, contributing to discussions on the future of consumption, technology, and work.
She is particularly interested in how behavioral change reshapes economic systems and how intergenerational collaboration can strengthen long-term growth.
