Global Shaper, Porto Hub, Global Shapers Community

Practice Consultant at Bain & Company’s Global Consumer Lab with a background in psychology and consumer behavior. I work at the intersection of consumer insight, service design, and human-centered innovation, supporting teams with quantitative and qualitative research, insight synthesis, and translating behavior into commercial and CX implications.

My experience spans digital habits, drivers of technology and service adoption, emerging consumption patterns across generations, and the application of human-centered design, automation, and generative AI to customer-facing services. Before Bain, I worked in Market & Customer Intelligence in telecom and tech, leading mixed-method research and service design initiatives.

Alongside my professional work, I am a member of the Global Shapers Community (World Economic Forum). I have served as a core team member and Europe & Eurasia and LATAM Regional Coordinator for Future50, a joint initiative with the Global Foresight Network focused on foresight literacy and future thinking. I was also part of the Global Shapers delegation to the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting of the New Champions 2025, contributing to conversations on the future of consumption, technology, and work.

I’m particularly interested in how technology, culture, and behavior shape the way people live, work, and consume.
