He is a visiting professor at Politecnico di Milano and University of Oxford (Kellogg College), where he also completed his PhD. He has received numerous accolades, including two prestigious book awards (Academy of Management and the Virginia A. Hodgkinson Prize), a Responsible Business Education Award (Financial Times), a recognition as Best 40-Under-40 MBA Professor (Poets&Quants), and a distinction as Top 40-under-40 in Science & Society (Capital Magazine).
