Outgoing Curator at Global Shapers Rosario | Startup Weekend Global Facilitator | EkosLab Co-Founder | Passionate about Fostering Entrepreneurship
Georgina is a tech-savvy entrepreneur and community builder passionate about youth empowerment, innovation, and sustainable development. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, she works at the intersection of entrepreneurship and social impact—designing initiatives that foster digital inclusion, economic opportunity, and hands-on learning for young people in Argentina and beyond.
Her journey began in high school when she discovered the world of startups through Startup Weekend Rosario. Since then, she has evolved from participant to team leader, organizer, and certified global facilitator—guiding early-stage founders as they transform ideas into validated experiments and collaborative ventures.
As Outgoing Curator of Global Shapers Rosario, a community supported by the World Economic Forum, Georgina led a team of 30+ young professionals and spearheaded initiatives focused on education, innovation, and future skills. Among her most impactful projects is “¿Y ahora qué?”, a career-orientation program that has reached over 600 students, equipping them with soft skills, teamwork experience, and real-world decision-making tools.
She has represented youth voices on international stages, including the World Economic Forum’s Annual Meeting of the New Champions in Tianjin and the Global Shapers Annual Summit in Geneva, contributing to conversations on the future of work and inclusive opportunity pathways.
A central theme in Georgina’s work is the creation of “playgrounds”: safe and empowering spaces where young people can test ideas, build confidence, and grow into leaders. She believes sustainable development requires not only knowledge, but agency and community. Her mission is to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity—ensuring that more young innovators from LATAM and other regions have access to the networks, tools, and support they need to thrive.
Her interests lie in social innovation, entrepreneurship education, ecosystem building, and the future of work.
