Daniel is leading the Global Alliance for Social Entrepreneurship, the largest multi-stakeholder coalition in the sector hosted by an international organisation. The Alliance and its 100 members - corporations, investors, philanthropists, governments, researchers, media, and industry actors - are uniquely positioned to contribute to building social innovation movement. The Global Alliance is hosted by the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship.
Prior to joining the World Economic Forum, Daniel worked as a Managing Director and COO with philanthropic venture fund Yunus Social Business, where he has led corporate partnerships on social intrapreneurship, procurement, innovation and research. Daniel works at the intersection of science and social fiction, bringing together financial acumen with a deep commitment to impact. He has worked as a Startup CFO, in corporate finance for a multinational organization and led marketing campaigns for SMEs. He is a Google for Startups Mentor, a Founder Institute mentor, a lecturer at TU Munich and University of Applied Sciences Wiesbaden. He is also a passionate drummer.
