Antonio Neri is President & Chief Executive Officer of Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), a leader in essential enterprise technology, bringing together the power of AI, cloud, and networking to help organizations achieve more.

A dedicated technologist and visionary leader, Antonio has driven HPE’s innovation through research and development and through targeted acquisitions, including Aruba Networks, Cray, Morpheus, OpsRamp, Silver Peak, Zerto, and most recently, Juniper Networks. He has championed the introduction of notable solutions, including GreenLake, the leading cloud delivering a unified platform experience, and GreenLake Intelligence, the industry-first agentic AI operations framework that is multi-cloud and multi-vendor. Antonio also led the launch of Frontier, the world’s first supercomputer to break the exascale speed barrier, empowering scientists and engineers to solve complex challenges from genomic analysis to national security.

In addition to being a passionate innovator, Antonio has prioritized culture and team member engagement, earning HPE placement on lists such as Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For®, PEOPLE’s Companies that Care, Ethisphere’s World's Most Ethical Companies, and JUST Capital’s annual ranking of America’s Most JUST Companies. In 2024, Antonio was recognized with a Ripple of Hope Award by the Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights organization for his exemplary leadership and commitment to social change.

Before his appointment as CEO in 2018, Antonio spent more than 23 years at Hewlett-Packard Company (HP) and HPE, holding numerous leadership positions, including President; Executive Vice President & General Manager of HPE’s Enterprise Group; leader of HP’s Server & Networking business; and head of HP’s Technology Services business.

Antonio extends his leadership beyond HPE, serving on the International Business Council of the World Economic Forum and the Technology Committee of the Business Roundtable.

Born in Argentina, Antonio holds a degree in engineering from Escuela Técnica Industrial and studied at the National Technological University.
