William Dixon is a renowned cybersecurity expert and the Global Head of ISTARI's knowledge and community initiatives. As the Cyber Investment and Advisory platform of the esteemed Singaporean investment firm Temasek, ISTARI provides cutting-edge solutions to global cybersecurity challenges. Prior to joining ISTARI, Dixon served as a Head at the World Economic Forum's Centre for Cybersecurity, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the international cybersecurity agenda. He currently serves as a member of the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity's future trends expert group and is a Fellow at the prestigious Royal United Service Institute (RUSI) in the UK. Dixon has authored and contributed to several publications on cybersecurity and holds a Masters Degree in Intelligence and International Security from the War Studies Department at King's College London.
