Vladislav Boutenko is a Managing Director and Senior Partner with BCG’s Riyadh office. He leads BCG’s business with cities globally, and is a BCG Henderson Institute Fellow in the area of Future of Cities. His group’s research focuses on cities’ value proposition towards its residents, resident-centric planning of cities’ physical and virtual real estate, economics of virtual agglomerations, role of technology in cities, and talent migration.
Boutenko holds a M.S.E.E. summa cum laude from the Polytechnic Institute of Paris, Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications, where he was a French Government scholar.
