Victoria is a multilingual EdTech entrepreneur and product manager passionate about the future of work, talent development and discovering effective ways to upskill. She has founded a startup called JobsJobs, Inc. to transform onboarding for early-career talent into a learning and a career growth journey. She has over 5 years of experience developing innovative EdTech products and has lead a marketing division at EF Education First, global Swiss-based education travel company.
Victoria was a Curator of Global Shapers Moscow Hub in 2019-2020 and was selected to attend the 2020 Annual Meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos.
