Before joining ManpowerGroup, Valerie spent more than two decades at Microsoft in senior leadership roles across Europe, Asia, and North America — including Chief Marketing Officer for Microsoft U.S. and General Manager for the APAC SMB & Partner Business — where she led digital transformation and built global ecosystems that connected people, technology, and purpose. She currently serves on the Board of Orange, one of the world’s leading telecommunications operators, and since 2015 has been Vice President of the French Foreign Trade Advisors, overseeing innovation. French-born, she has lived and worked in the U.S., Asia and Switzerland and is now based in Paris. Recognized as a Top Voice at the World Economic Forum (Davos), one of the Global Power 150 Women in Staffing, and an AOL Makers Trailblazing Woman of America, Valerie continues to champion purposeful leadership, gender parity, and inclusive innovation — ensuring that as technology advances, humanity advances with it.
