Tracy Francis

Senior Partner; Managing Partner, Latin America, McKinsey & Company

Tracy Francis is a Senior Partner in McKinsey's São Paulo office and a member of the firm's 15-person global leadership team, known as the Acceleration Team, leading external reach and engagement. She serves local and multinational retail, consumer goods and healthcare companies, in Brazil, and across the Americas, in their journeys to identify new opportunities and sources of sustainable, inclusive growth. This includes working with them on topics such as transformation, technology modernization, changing consumer and customer preferences. She also leads the McKinsey B2C practice in Latin America (Consumer, Retail, Telco, Tech Media), and founded McKinsey´s Latin American Healthcare Practice and is passionate about consumer behavior, diversity and inclusion, the way growth can create opportunities for all, and the personal journeys of her clients.
She joined the Firm in 1997 in the Sydney office, worked in the San Francisco office from 2002-2004 and has been located in Brazil since 2004.
Tracy is the leader of our Consumer and Retail Practices in Latin America and prior to this role was the leader of our Healthcare Practice in Latin America. Her practice is focused in Brazil where she has served a variety of players including food, beauty, consumer health manufacturers as well as large and small box retailers.

• Comprehensive turnaround approach for a beauty player including product architecture, in-store growth levers and digital strategy
