Simon Bakker is CEO of Kennemer Foods International, Inc. (KFI).Before his role at KFI, Mr. Bakker was the Chief Financial Officer of Enderun Colleges, of which he was one of the founding investors. Prior, he was a managing director for Asia Pacific at Fidelity National Information Services, a US banking and payment technology company and has also worked for IBM. Mr. Bakker holds a Masters degree in Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
