Sascha Bützer is an Economist in the International Monetary Affairs Division at the  and a PhD candidate in Economics at the University of Munich. He has studied in Barcelona, Vancouver, and Konstanz and worked for the European Central Bank. His research interests include monetary and fiscal policy, international finance, and economic history.
