He specialises in leading Operational improvement programmes across a wide range of functional areas, including procurement, working capital and customer and product profitability improvement. Sanjay has experience of a broad range of industries, including consumer goods and retail, healthcare and process Industries. Prior to AlixPartners, Sanjay held senior positions with A.T. Kearney and KPMG in London.
