Mr. Willen is Kearney’s 10th Global Managing Partner, CEO and Chairman as Kearney celebrates it's 100th year anniversary in 2026. Previously, he was the Managing Director for Kearney in the Middle East and Africa region and a serving member of the firm's executive committee. He was also the global leader of Kearney’s Government & Economic Development Practice, and before that the global leader of all discrete manufacturing sectors.
With 30+ years’ industry and consulting experience in the US, Europe and Middle East, Mr. Willen focuses on strategy, organization and transformation topics for both corporate and public sector organizations. He holds an MBA from the Darden School, University of Virginia, an MS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Texas, and a BA in Physics from the University of Virginia.
