Raj Sharma is EY’s Global Managing Partner for Growth and Innovation. He is a technology strategist and global business executive, known for executing strategic growth initiatives and leading complex transformation projects. Raj previously served as EY’s Vice Chair for Americas Consulting, overseeing a $11 billion enterprise and leading 40,000 consultants across the Americas, where he focused on aiding large clients in navigating their transformation journeys. In his current role, Raj is dedicated to building next-generation capabilities to support AI-powered transformations, aligning EY's service models with business and technology transformation services, and integrating emerging technologies into the company's operations to deliver innovative and efficient solutions. He has a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology, India.
