Philippe Karam works at the International Monetary Fund, having previously held mid- and senior-level positions at the Arab Monetary Fund, the World Bank, and Canadian Ministry of Finance and Central Bank. Mr. Karam has an extensive experience assessing global, regional, and country-level economic and financial prospects, and advising countries on the design, implementation, and evaluation of macroeconomic policies.
