Pamela Thomson-Hall is the International CEO & the CEO for the International Risk & Broking business at Willis Towers Watson, a major global advisory, broking and solutions company.
She is responsible for setting strategic vision and driving business growth across over 70+ countries through the delivery of a wide portfolio of client solutions covering human capital and benefits, and corporate risk and broking. Her recent management responsibilities include leading and directing pre and post-merger integration activities of Willis, Towers Watson and Gras Savoye entities across this diverse region.
A lawyer by background, and a former General Counsel, Pamela has a wealth of global M&A, legal, governance and compliance experience in the insurance industry. She chairs Willis Towers Watson’s International council on inclusion and diversity and is a director of a number of Willis Towers Watson entities, including Willis International Limited and Willis Europe BV.
