继“Fit for 55”一揽子计划和随后的“REPowerEU”能源计划之后,欧盟正在迅速推行政策措施,加快可再生氢的生产和使用,使其成为全球氢经济竞赛的领跑者之一。
Noam holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from Institut d’Etudes Politiques (Science-Po), Strasbourg, France; and an MSc in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK.
He is a Manager, Policy Engagement and Regional Action at the World Economic Forum with 15+ years’ experience in climate and energy. His work focuses on working with policymakers at the regional, national and global level to accelerate the Energy transition. Noam has held positions at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs where has was involved with international climate negotiations (2009-2013); at TOTAL (2014-2016), as a senior climate and energy advisor, where led the preparation of COP21 and the creation of the Oil and Gas Climate Initiative (OGCI) within the group; and with the World Economic Forum since 2016, as a Project Lead on Climate Change Initiatives (2016-2018), a Platform Curator for Energy, Materials and Infrastructure (2019-2020), a Manager for Industrial Transformation (2021-2022), and since 2023 as a Manager for Policy Engagement and Regional Action.
