Dr. Nina Rawal is a venture capital investor and strategic advisor with 25 years of experience spanning science, venture investing, industry, and consulting. She is the founder of emerging health ventures, an advisory platform advancing life science innovation for underserved patients, and serves on the investment committee of We Venture Capital. Previously, she co-led Trill Impact Ventures, a $100 million life science fund, and headed life science investments at Industrifonden. Earlier roles include VP Strategy and Ventures at Gambro and consultant at Boston Consulting Group in Stockholm and New York. A World Economic Forum Young Global Leader, she works with investors, companies, and institutions globally. She holds a PhD in Molecular Neurobiology and an MSc in Biomedicine from Karolinska Institutet, with research conducted at Columbia University and Hôpital de la Salpêtrière.
