Nidhi is an Indian qualified lawyer and Founder of Institute for Commercial Policy & Legal Research, which works for better governance of the Indian Financial system. Additionally, she runs her own practice in law at BlackPearl Chambers (Advocates & Solicitors), New Delhi. She is also a Global Shaper (New Delhi Hub) with the World Economic Forum.
Nidhi graduated with an MSc Law & Finance, University of Oxford as a Louis-Dreyfus Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholar. She has studied Public Policy from John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University. She holds an M.A. in Economics for Competition Law from Kings’ College, London and has a Diploma in Investment Law from Universitat de Barcelona on a full scholarship endowed by oikos Model WTO, St. Gallen.
Previously, she has served as a LAMP Fellow (Legislative Assistant to Member of Parliament of India), worked with the NITI Aayog, trained the civil servants of India at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration and acted as an expert with the Competition Commission of India.
