Meirav grew up in the construction industry, seeing the beauty and the pains first hand. She spent 10 years at Intel, spearheading BizOps and financial services, leading international projects with multicultural teams. Meirav co-founded a Democratic school and has been the driving force behind several social and non-profit initiatives. She leads the Tel Aviv chapter of the Society for Construction Solutions (SCS) to support the needs of the growing community. Meirav holds multiple degrees including an Executive MBA, LL.M, and a BA in Economics & Management, and is a former Lieutenant of the Israeli Air Force.
