Mark Moffat CEO

Mark Moffat is the Chief Executive Officer of IFS, leading a global team of over 7,000 employees and steering the company’s strategic direction, growth, and innovation. As CEO, he is focused on delivering strong outcomes for customers, expanding IFS’s market impact, and cultivating a performance-driven, inclusive culture.

Recognized as a highly experienced technology leader, Mark brings a track record of delivering meaningful business results, building high-performing teams, and guiding organizations through transformation. He is known for his pragmatic, customer-focused approach and ability to connect long-term vision with operational execution.

Since joining IFS in 2022 as Chief Customer Officer, Mark has helped set bold goals across growth, profitability, and customer experience - streamlining operations and driving measurable impact across key accounts and strategic partnerships. His appointment as CEO reflects his deep understanding of the business and commitment to sustainable success.

Prior to IFS, Mark spent two decades at PwC, where he held several leadership roles, most recently serving as Chief Technology Officer and Technology Consulting Leader for the UK and EMEA Consulting business. In this role, he was responsible not only for shaping PwC’s technology strategy but also for expanding its partner-led ecosystem and managing critical alliances to support client growth. He began his career in finance, training as a Chartered Accountant, and is a member of the ICAEW.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys time with his wife and three sons, and stays active by training for amateur triathlons. He lives in central London.
