Mark Boris is a member of the Governing Board of the EU’s innovation agency (EIT) and a Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council, where he focuses on AI governance and digital diplomacy. From 2021 to 2022, he served as Slovenia’s first Minister of Digital Transformation. He holds a master’s degree in public policy from the University of Oxford and a law degree from the University of Ljubljana.
