H.E. Mansoor Al Mansoori is a member of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council and the Chairman of the Department of Health - Abu Dhabi (DoH). He spearheads the emirate’s world-class, intelligent health system that prioritizes prevention and personalization at population scale. Empowering a proactive, health-conscious society, delivering best-in-class care, and advancing cutting-edge digital innovation and therapeutics.
In parallel, H.E. Al Mansoori serves as the Chief Executive Officer of G42 International, where he is accelerating the global expansion of the groups operating companies, and strengthening its institutional foundations with a strong focus on governance, performance and ensuring the ecosystem operates at the highest global standards.
H.E. Al Mansoori is a prominent leader with extensive experience across both the government and private sector spanning health, technology, media, telecommunications, and energy. He has a proven track record of developing strategies, building institutional capabilities, and implementing performance-based systems.
From 2015 to 2020, H.E. Al Mansoori served as the Director General of the UAE National Media Council, where he led a comprehensive transformation of the Council’s regulatory services, media policies, and national media infrastructure. His leadership contributed to strengthening the UAE’s global brand and reputation, enhancing digital and media capabilities, and fostering innovation, resulting in the Council being awarded the Government Excellence Award for Most Improved Entity in 2018.
H.E. Al Mansoori is the Chairman of Space42, Vice Chairman of Presight AI, and sits on the Board of the Advanced Technology Research Council (ATRC), the Environment Agency - Abu Dhabi, and e&. He also serves as the Chairman of the e& Audit Committee, and Chairman of Environment Agency - Abu Dhabi Audit & Risk Committee. Previously, he served on the boards of Multiply Group, MBZUAI’s Board of Trustees, the Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority, and the Telecommunication Regulatory Authority.
During his studies at the National Defence College (UAE), H.E. Al Mansoori was in the first cohort to receive a Master's degree in Strategic Security Studies and National Resources Management. A University of Toledo (Ohio, USA) graduate in Computer Science, he holds several specialised certificates including a Leadership Certificate from London Business School (UK) and Innovation Strategy Leadership from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
