Mansoor Aamir is the Co-founder of Oval, where he leads enterprise metaverse innovation, partnering with Pakistan's top three banks to transform financial inclusion through immersive technologies. His work has impacted 3.4 million underserved individuals, including 1.8 million women from rural areas, demonstrating how locally-built innovation can drive industry transformation at scale.
Mansoor leads Pakistan's National Youth Council, established by the Prime Minister of Pakistan, where he contributes to shaping emerging technology and AI policy for the country's youth.
As Project Lead of Shaping Metaverse, a Global Shapers hub project, Mansoor advocates for safe and inclusive virtual spaces in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. He works to ensure emerging technologies create equitable digital ecosystems that protect user rights while unlocking innovation across industries and geographies.
He is also the founder of Your Buddy Community (YBC), a community-driven initiative that has trained 139 students in Psychological First Aid and supported over 4,000 students experiencing mental health challenges, bridging the gap between social need and accessible solutions.
A graduate of LSE and Lahore University of Management Sciences, Mansoor worked at PepsiCo and Nestlé before transitioning to social entrepreneurship. He served as Curator of the Global Shapers Karachi Hub in 2024-25.
Mansoor's contributions to social innovation have earned him recognition including the UNFPA Social Innovator Award, Shell LiveWire Award for Technological Innovation, Total Energies' Entrepreneur of the Year, PepsiCo Change the Game Award, and UNDP Pandemic Heroes Award.
