Malte Kosub is the Co-Founder and CEO of Parloa, one of the world’s fastest-growing AI companies. With its AI Agent Management Platform (Parloa AMP), Parloa elevates customer experience by automating contact and call centers with AI agents.
Founded in 2018, Parloa now employs around 500 people and operates offices in Berlin, London, New York, and San Francisco. The company maintains strategic partnerships with Microsoft, PwC, KPMG, TP, and Deutsche Telekom and has received multiple international awards. In 2026, Parloa raised a $350 million Series D funding round at a $3 billion valuation, making it one of Europe’s most valuable AI companies.
Before Parloa, Malte Kosub founded the conversational AI agency Future of Voice and the e-commerce startup Wandnotiz. He studied at the University of Hamburg, Harvard University, and MIT, and is a faculty member at the Futur/io Institute. He splits his time between Berlin and New York.
