Lucas Scherdel manages the Global Future Council on Health and Healthcare and acts as Project Lead for the Global Coalition for Value in Healthcare; the World Economic Forum’s flagship multi-stakeholder community on value-based healthcare. Prior to joining the Forum, Lucas worked for the World Health Organization’s European and Global offices and spent time in the UK’s health service working on large-scale health system transformation projects. He holds degrees in Neuroscience as well as Philosophy, Politics and Economics of Health.
