Lien is a post-doctoral researcher at ETH Zurich in the Chair of Entrepreneurship. Her research mainly focuses on social ventures, hybridity, and organisational identity. She also has an interest in corporate entrepreneurship, and in the management of activities that happen on the nexus of corporations and the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Prior to joining ETH, Lien was a doctoral student at the Innovation and Entrepreneurship department of Imperial College in London. Her doctoral thesis is titled “Doing good while Making Profit: Perspectives on Reconciling Multiple Objectives in Social Enterprises". She also holds a bachelor and master degree in Business Engineering with a specialisation in finance from the University of Ghent, Belgium.
