Kiara brings 8+ years of experience across Big Tech and the non-profit sector, backed by 15+ years of volunteer leadership. Specializing in building public-private-philanthropic partnerships, she has scaled zero-to-one initiatives across Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America, deploying over $37.5 million in strategic budgets to reach millions of users and beneficiaries.

She currently serves as Program Director at Yunus Environment Hub, an organization co-founded by Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Prof. Muhammad Yunus. In this role, she leads the global Programs Department and oversees the organization’s full portfolio of environmental and social business programs across Africa, Asia, and Europe, actively supporting 500+ social entrepreneurs, the majority of whom are young people and women. Previously, at Amazon, she developed sustainability strategies and led pilots for low-emission last-mile delivery and micromobility solutions across Europe. At Microsoft, she led the launch and implementation of digital solutions across Africa, Asia, Europe, and Latin America.

Alongside her professional work, she contributes to community and climate initiatives at both local and international level. Within the World Economic Forum’s Global Shapers Community, she serves as Vice-Curator for the Munich Hub and as a Core Collaborator for the 'Shapers for Plastic Action' initiative, which is run in partnership with the Global Plastic Action Partnership. She also mentors young social and climate entrepreneurs through UNDP Youth4Climate, beVisioneers, EuroTeQ Collider, and the 3ZERO Club, while volunteering locally with Tafel München and Bahnhofsmission München.

Her work has been recognized through roles as a Max Thabiso Edkins Youth Ambassador, EU Climate Pact Ambassador, Salzburg Global Fellow, African-German Young Leader in Business, Climate Reality Leader, COP28 RINGO Observer, and BayFiD Talent. A first-generation graduate, she holds a BSc in International Management from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management and is completing a BSc in Political Science at the Technical University of Munich, with additional executive and climate credentials from the Hertie School, the Intersectoral School of Governance Baden-Württemberg, and the University of Oxford.
