Katy Knight is the President and Executive Director of the Siegel Family Endowment, a foundation focused on understanding and shaping technology’s impact on society. Since joining in 2017 and assuming leadership in 2019, she has steered the endowment’s strategy across three pillars—learning, workforce development, and infrastructure—while building partnerships with organizations such as the Ford Foundation, Bloomberg Philanthropies, Google.org, and the Aspen Institute. A University of Pennsylvania alumna, Katy also serves on the boards of the Center for an Urban Future, CSforALL, Pursuit, the Regional Plan Association, and Teaching Lab. She was named one of Crain’s Notable Black Leaders in 2022.
