Ms Katrine DiBona graduated from the Faculty of Political Science, University of Southern Denmark in 2004. Ms DiBona joined Novo Nordisk Global Headquarters in 2013 as Senior Policy Manager before she was promoted to Director and Head of R&D Policies and Trends in 2015. In 2016 Ms DiBona was promoted to Senior Director and Head of Government & Industry Relations at Corporate Affairs and in 2018 she was appointed Vice President and Head of Global Government & Industry Relations. Before joining Novo Nordisk, Ms DiBona has held positions as Chief Consultant at Confederation of Danish Industries, Head of Section at the policy coordination unit at the Ministry of Higher Education and Science and at the Danish Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation.
