Jennifer is the Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific and is a member of the Aon Executive Committee. She is responsible for leading Aon’s strategic direction in the region to deliver distinctive value for clients across solution lines.
Jennifer joined Aon in 2011 and served most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Australia where she fostered key client relationships and embedded the firm's 3x3 Plan to accelerate growth and capabilities across Risk Capital and Human Capital. Jennifer’s background in specialist risk encompassing areas such as climate, cyber, D&O and M&A, gives her a unique perspective on emerging risks with a focus on delivering solutions to enable clients to better protect and grow their businesses.
