Ignacio Bugueño Vilches is Head of International Affairs for the Government of Santiago and Founding Curator of the Global Shapers Valparaiso Hub. He is a Journalist from the P. Catholic University of Valparaíso, a fellow alumni of the Georgetown University Global Competitiveness Leadership Program (2022) and graduate from the Apolitical Foundation PLI accelerator program. Previously, he served as Chief of Staff in the Senate of Chile, and worked at Chilevisión, CNN, and AméricaEconomía magazine. Ignacio is also part of the Climate Reality Leadership Corps, a Future50 Leader and was co-chair of the Youth Perspectives Council of the Future Challenges Commission in the Congress of Chile.
