Hiroshi Odawara is a Senior Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Tokyo office. He is an intrinsic part of the Firm's Global Leadership Committee for McKinsey Digital Transformation Services and leads Talent and People Development for the Firm's Operations practice, McKinsey Asia. Hiroshi also leads the Firm's Japan-ASEAN economic exchange initiative as well as leading the Japan Operations practice.
