Henry is a consultant with the World Bank’s PPP Group in Singapore. His responsibilities include analyzing investment in infrastructure from the PPI Database and producing reports on global, regional and sector trends. Notable pieces include the 2014 Global Update and a diagnostic assessment of PPPs in Turkey which was presented to the Turkish Government as part of a RAS.
Prior to joining the World Bank, he was with the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics for 14 years. As a Supervisory Economist, Henry oversaw production of the National Employment Matrix and the Federal Government’s premier source of career guidance, the Occupational Outlook Handbook. He published multiple reports on labor economics and advised foreign government statistical agencies on methodology and best practices. He holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland with a joint degree in Economics and English Literature, and speaks fluent Hungarian.
