Joined DSM as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Managing Board in 2014. Became Co-Chief Executive Officer in February 2020, retaining Chief Financial Officer responsibilities. Formerly with the SGS Group in various positions, including Senior Vice-President, Group Financial Controller, before being appointed Global Chief Financial Officer in March 2010. Voted Chief Financial Officer of the year in Switzerland for large companies. Previously worked for Deloitte in Switzerland and for KPMG in the United Kingdom, obtaining Chartered Accountant qualification while working in London. Bachelor's in Physical and Human Geography from Reading University (UK); Master's in Sustainable Development from Cambridge University. Passionate about sustainability and is an advocate for sustainable finance as an Executive Committee Member of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD). Member, HRH the Prince of Wales’ Accounting for Sustainability (A4S) CFO Leadership Network. Signatory to the A4S CFO statement of support for the Taskforce for Climate-related Financial Disclosures recommendations. Member of the Board: FCLTGlobal, a not-for-profit organization working to encourage a longer-term focus on business and investment decision-making; Catalyst Europe, a non-profit organization that promotes inclusive workplaces for women. Advocates internally and externally on diversity and inclusion. Non-Executive Director, ABB; Member, Foundation Board, IMD Business School.
