Francesca serves as AI Strategy & Global Policy Lead at the World Economic Forum’s Centre for AI Excellence (CAIE), where she works at the intersection of industry, government, and research institutions to advance strategies that strengthen AI competitiveness, foster innovation, and translate emerging technologies into impact across regions. In this role, she collaborates with senior leaders from business, government, academia, civil society, and investors within the AI Global Alliance.
Her work focuses on translating evolving AI policy developments into strategic insights that help organizations navigate regulatory landscapes, foster cross-sector partnerships, and advance international policy coordination. She engages stakeholders across regions and produces evidence-based thought leadership that informs decision-makers and shapes global policy strategy.
Francesca previously contributed to the Forum’s Advanced Manufacturing and Supply Chains Centre and brings experience in corporate and strategy consulting across diverse industries. She holds an MSc in International Management from Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna and Copenhagen Business School.
