Florian Merget is Senior Director, Smart Cities & Last Mile Solutions at DHL Customer Solutions & Innovation.
Florian joined DPDHL in 2017 as Chief of Staff for the Group’s CCO. Within his role, he was responsible for driving and implementing several global and strategic cross-BU projects. With the development of a state-of-the art last-mile and tour-planning solution, his role got extended to Senior Director Smart Cities and Last Mile Solutions. In his current role, Florian is leading a team of industry professionals to improve last mile operations. Before joining DPDHL, Florian completed his full-time MBA and worked in strategy consulting in Europe, the Middle East and Asia 7 years .
