Felix Würsten studied mineralogy, geology and physics at the university of Berne. After his promotion, he headed a test laboratory for construction materials. Later he became science editor at \"Neue Zürcher Zeitung\". Since 2002, he is a freelance science journalist, working for various organisations. Between 2002 and 2007, he was also writing for the online magazine \"ETH Life\". In September 2011 he returned to ETH Zurich. He is working as editor in the Public Relations team.
