Director of the Wellness Foundation, non profit organization established in 2003 by the Founder of Technogym, with the mission of spreading the culture of wellness as a social opportunity for a healthier and more sustainable world.
In the past I dealt with health topics as Head of Corporate Affairs and Institutional Relations of a Healthcare multinational company (2017-2022) and as Head of the Innovation & Technology Hub (2010-2017) within The European House Ambrosetti, among the best private and independent think tanks globally.
Previously, I had different HR managerial roles at IBM, in Italy and abroad (1996-2002), within the Deutsche Telekom group (2002-2008) and in a consulting firm (2008-2010).
I obtained the Degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University, a Master in Organization from the Business School ‘SDA Bocconi’, and a certification as Professional Coach.
