Eva McLellan is a global healthcare executive at Roche and the co-founder of Swiss-based Unlocking Eve.

She firmly believes in the power of leadership, science, and systems thinking to shape a healthier, more equitable future. She is a passionate advocate for reimagining the new health economy and ensuring that innovation serves humanity, especially women and people who have historically been left behind in health and opportunity.

With nearly two decades of experience in biotechnology, Eva has led global strategy and held general management roles across Canada, Europe, and Switzerland. A scientist by training, she holds an Honours Bachelor of Science and a Master of Biotechnology from the University of Toronto and is a graduate of INSEAD Business School’s General Management Program.

Eva also serves on several industry boards and is sought after for her insights on the future health economy, integrated leadership, and the critical links between human and environmental health. She serves as a Member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Leadership (2025–2026). In 2023, she was a proud recipient of Canada’s Life Sciences Top 20 Under 40 Award.
