Dr. Enrique Ochoa Reza serves as Chief Executive Officer at Comisión Federal De Electricidad. He is also the Professor of of Constitutional Law at the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico. Previously, he served as an Undersecretary of Hydrocarbons of the Ministry of Energy and as Director of the Electoral Judicial Training Center of the Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federacion. He also served as Private Secretary to the President Judge of the Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federacion. Enrique has been a Director of Petroleos Mexicanos since 2013.
