Elliott Campbell is is faculty lead for the Sustainable Development theme within the UC Merced Blum Center. Dr. Campbell is a professor of environmental engineering in the School of Engineering. His scholarship applies environmental modeling and information technology to understanding global sustainability challenges at the intersection of renewable energy, atmospheric sciences and global ecology. At the Blum Center, he focuses on accelerating the impact of UC Merced research on poverty alleviation and the engagement of that research with local and global civil society groups.
