Dino Osmanagić

Alumni, Global Shapers Community

Dino has a habit of starting with an empty room: bringing people together and building teams and structures that turn ambition into action.

He founded Young AI Leaders’ Linz hub within AI for Good, the ITU-led UN platform, helped rebuild the Salzburg Hub of Global Shapers, a World Economic Forum initiative, and established incert’s product and innovation department from scratch.

He connects AI literacy, applied projects, hackathons and venture opportunities. As a Lovable Ambassador and approved Claude SMB Trainer, he lowers barriers to building with AI. He mentored through Moonshot Pirates and Youth Entrepreneurship Week and reviewed UNESCO Youth Hackathon projects.

Representing the hub’s education work, he became an AFS Global Educators Academy scholar and presented on the ESF+ Social Innovation Forum main stage. He spoke at the AI for Good Global Summit and WSIS Forum and contributed through UN AI governance consultations and the United Nations Group on the Information Society.

He contributed to WEF Forum Stories on AI agents and Alpbach’s Digital Euro Lab, convened by Austria’s and Germany’s central banks. His essay published by Elon University’s Imagining the Digital Future Center examines how communities retain judgement, connection and agency as AI reshapes everyday life.
