Dan Starta is a partner with A.T. Kearney and managing partner for A.T. Kearney Greater China. Dan has extensive international consulting experience in the energy and process industries with a strong focus on petrochemical, oil and gas, process and manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals. A trusted advisor on economic development and operational strategy, he has extensive experience in a range of additional industries, including consumer products, government and economic development, automotive, and high-tech. His focus is on achieving results through innovative solutions, operational excellence, and profitable growth in both private and public enterprise environments.
Before joining A.T. Kearney, Dan was a director for Duquesne Light Company. He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business.
