Claudia Prado is a partner at Baker & McKenzie. She is a member of the Firm’s Global Executive Committee, chairs the Firm’s Financial Committee and Diversity & Inclusion Committee, and is the Regional Chairman of the Latin America Regional Council. Previously, she was the managing partner at Trench, Rossi e Watanabe Advogados, a Brazilian law firm with a cooperation agreement with Baker & McKenzie, where she chaired the Firm’s Corporate & Securities and Mergers & Acquisitions practice groups. She also served as a member of the Steering Committees for Baker & McKenzie’s Global Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practice groups.
