Catharina Elmsäter-Svärd is Chairwoman of Drive Sweden. She was Sweden's Minister for Infrastructure from 2010 to 2014 and was previously County Commissioner of Finance at the Stockholm County Council. She joined the County Council in 2008 from the Parliament, where she was Chair of the Parliamentary Committee on the Labour Market, and previously of the Parliamentary Committee on Environment and Agriculture.
