Bryan Palma is the President & CEO of KnowBe4 and a member of its board of directors. He is expanding the company’s leadership position in human and agentic AI risk management by accelerating product innovation, enhancing customer experience, and delivering operational agility. Before his appointment in May 2025, Bryan served as the CEO of Trellix, a global cybersecurity company. He led the sale of FireEye in 2021 to private equity investors, drove the integration of McAfee Enterprise and FireEye, and rebranded the combined company as Trellix.
Bryan has guided some of the world’s leading organizations through pivotal technology and business growth, including Cisco, Boeing, EDS, PepsiCo, and the United States Secret Service. He earned a master of business administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, a master of education from the University of Maryland, and a bachelor of arts from the University of Richmond.
Bryan currently serves on the United States’ National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee and on the board of directors of CloudBees.
