Brian Stacy is a data scientist and economist working in the Development Data Group at the World Bank. Brian was previously a consultant in the Education Global Practice working on the Global Education Policy Dashboard project and the Learning Poverty project. Prior to the World Bank, Brian was an economist in the Food Economics Division of the USDA Economic Research Service, where he studied the interactions of SNAP participation and work. Brian received his PhD in economics from Michigan State University with a focus on the economics of education, labor economics, and applied econometrics.
